Sorry. I may be using wrong words. Sometimes when battery is completely empty, it cannot charge via at high rate via wall charger. Try charging at low rate by connecting the tablet to the USB port of a computer or a low amp (1-1.5amp) cell phone charger for a few hours. Then finish charging using the tablet’s original wall charger. Do not attempt to restart the tablet until it has recharged for several hours.
