I tried it with several powerbanks which support QC2 and QC3 (Xiaomi powerbank 2 10Ah and 20Ah). You need an additional circuit to force 12V output from the powerbank: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1PCS-QC2-0-qc3-0-Tester-Automatically-Detects-Phone-Quick-Charge-Voltage-Meter-Simulator-Trigger-9V/32771660912.html. Than the charging works.  Oh and  you have to make your own  wire from usb to power plug. Mind you that the powerbank does get quite hot outputing 18W for a long time…
