I am afraid of that. It looks like a Surface 3 clone with updated innards. Also, Ubuntu appears to be an option (this really is my unicorn).  It was sighted at HK Consumer Electronics Expo this month. I have a Google alert set up and will report back with anything. Let’s keep our fingers crossed.
