    I reflashed windows onto the lapbook 14.1 with the files provided on the Chuwi site. After the install I had no audio, so tried installing the driver also from the Chuwi site and all I see is a speaker on the toolbar with red X over it.  When I click on it, a window pops up and says it’s not working and Windows will attempt to fix the problem, which it doesn’t.  I looked in device manager and it said there was no driver installed.  So I’m assuming there is something wrong with the audio driver from the Chuwi site.  It goes through the entire process of installing but nothing happens.  Anyone have any ideas ?

    I had some issues after reinstalling a fresh windows today. I ended up having to reinstall the audio drivers twice.

    I think you need to install the intel audio driver first and then the realtek (from the lapbook 14.1 driver package).
