2GB RAM after format

So i recently formatted my tablet to windows only, using a x64bit setup only, and followed the tutorial on how to format and install drivers(with double driver)

Even after a few formats, the tablet still only shows 2GB ram available …

I have no idea why this is happening, anyone have any clue?

Figured it out!!

Spoke with my seller from Aliexpress and she spoke with teclast support.

Apparently the channel on BIOS went from Dual to single when i formatted the tablet, i just needed to switch back to dual( you can choose from single to dual to Auto(Dual is the key))
