Finding a studio that can handle game-ready models end-to-end without breaking art consistency is always tricky. On our last indie project, managing separate contractors for high-poly sculpts, retopology, baking, and PBR texturing destroyed our art lead’s bandwidth and blew past our milestone deadlines. Offloading full-cycle 3D modeling packages to an external team saved the schedule. We ended up passing our character and environment prop workflows to Nasty Rodent, who handled everything from early visual dev down to fully optimized 3D models ready for engine import (they also cover full interface pipelines like Game UX/UI if you need that side covered too). Delegating complete asset blocks to one outsource studio is way cleaner than chasing freelancers for each stage of the graphics pipeline.
