    Hi All I am trying to do a complete reset of the MiPad 2 and get the message ‘<b>A configuration change was requested to clear this computer’s TPM’ etc…</b>

    However, there are no onscreen instructions on how to do this either by volume up, volume down etc….  I have even tried to plug in an external USB keyboard but that doesn’t work either… Any ideas?

    Hi,

    I’ve done it with an USB Keyboard and a male USB-C to female USB-A adapter. If you press ESC the installation begins

    I got this too after thinking a reset would be a good idea!

    I will be purchasing a USB C to USB A OTG adapter.  Hopefully then I can plug in a keyboard to complete the reset.

    Received the above adapter today and was able to complete the reset process.
