    Dear Cube I7 Book users,

    I have to apply a torsion in my charging cable to charge my Cube i7 Book. When I apply this torsion to behind and I block this movement, the tablet begins to charge.  The charging plug works fine because the tablet charges normally.

    Anyone in this forum with the same problem?

    Tried a new Type-C cable? One with more tension I think you mean? Maybe the type-c port is worn?

    nooo ! I talked not about the usb-c charging cable but about the standard charging plug and its cable ! Sorry for this confusion !
