a lot of problem with my iwork 10 pro

Good morning

i need your help because I have bought this tablet . it is  annabsolute disaster, the processor sucks, or there is something wrong.

logically arrived with Windows 10 home preinstalled, Office mobile preinstalled and on the other side Android 5.1
is all very slow: , whatever program I use while typing on the keyboard the cursor stays behind and sometimes skips the lines.
it does not manage two very simple programs simultaneously  such as browser and word.

oft close  the  close windows on desktop by themselves….
my Xiaomi cell phone in comparison is a splinter….
What do you advise me to do as the service department is not responding?
I am by no means an expert so I hope you can give me advice that is easy to handle.
I’ve tried to update Office, but I think that the problem the is in  installation of Windows and Android.
I’m also willing to give up the dual boot with Android but Windows must work well, fast……
