I was asking myself the same thing while experimenting with a small personal game-related project. I wanted to understand how professional asset production works, so I started looking into different teams that specialize in 3D modeling for games. Eventually, I decided to try a Game Art Outsourcing Studio and see how the workflow compared to doing everything on my own. What surprised me most was how collaborative the process turned out to be. There were multiple stages involved, from discussing the visual direction and reviewing early drafts to making revisions and polishing the final assets. I ended up working with Game Art Studio Nasty Rodent, and the results exceeded my expectations. The assets fit naturally into the project, and the communication throughout the process made everything feel very organized and efficient.
