A tablet nobody knows about, please help.

Hello, my relatives Gifted me surf tab twin 10.1, a tablet with keyboard/windows os. It would mean the world to me if someone helped me to get it boot to android or dual boot. It uses a Intel z3735f processor. I tried remix os, pheonix os, both of them didnt work. I remember last year i wasted hours searching how to do it, and I would like to know, is it even possible, and could someone help me? Thanks! ?
