Activate Win 8.1 after changing SSD in Cube i7 stylus

Hallo.

I have change the 64GB SSD of my Cube i7 stylus by a 256GB SSD and cloned the original one to the new.

All works fine, but windows will be activate now. So I read out the product key (from the BIOS, I think) and get one. If I use this original product key from the BIOS, I get an error. The Microsoft hotline says, I have to contact the manufactor to get a right product key. 🙁

How can I activate Win 8.1 (it works fine with the old SSD)?

Where can I get the correct Key?
