Add android to k9c3 device… few questions

Hi guys…I have couple questions about android on teclastx98pro (I got first version-W10 only) I haven’t done bios update I would like to know if it’s  worth to install android on this device….I know it was problem with camera and battery  life… any other annoying problems that I suppose to know? If someone can quick describe android  impression I will be glad. Sorry for my poor  English …thx for answers

Hi, Milosz,

If you follow all messages from Chris here, looks that he had quite sad experience and afterwards tried to return to W10 only version.

I did not try Android yet, but know that after bios upgrade Camera will not work on both OS. Majority advices to wait for.

However I do not like windows on tablet , Android also looks has better sound. So decide by yourself.

Thx for replay…I really  would like to test this device under android control…. but loses camera is pointless…. it’s possible to flash old bios back? where to get old bios for this device…. anyone  also would  like to share his experience?

Yes, Old bios is dumped and attached in one of sticked posts, here. (version 1.) Tool for flash was not added, but I do guess ftpw.exe utility is suitable for that.
