    Johnny,

    Here’s the rooting instructions and files can be downloaded from the follow site  http://bbs.teclast.com/thread-516704-1-1.html

    Rooting tools:   http://yunpan.cn/cHXbzWPTfEW4a  [password] 56e2
    Greenify pak:  http://yunpan.cn/cHXn5M5GBVu4Q [password] 439b
    ROM file:  http://yunpan.cn/cHefUWxGViKXG [password] ee7c

    Preparation:

    1. Shutoff any antivirus app
    2. Download the rooting tools and the rom file
    3. USB 2.0 port

    Rooting process

    1. Decompress Rooting tools to Folder 1
    2. Decompress ROM file into Folder 2
    3. Detach USB cable from tablet & computer
    4. Install the following files in following sequence
      1. iSocUSB-Driver-Setup-1.2.0.exe;
      2. IntelAndroidDrvSetup1.5.0.exe;
      3. ManufacturingFlashTool_Setup_6.0.51.exe;
    5. Copy “CUSTOM_CONFIG.INI” from the Rooting Tools folder to “C:\Program Files\Intel\Manufacturing Flash Tool” directory
    6. Execute “Manufacturing Flash Tool” and select File -> Settings
    7. Change
      1. SOC Devicds — VID/PID to 8087 and 0A65
      2. Android devices– VID/PID to 8087 and 0FFF. Click “Apply” and close Manufacturing Flash Tool
    8. Execute “Manufacturing Flash Tool” and select Open, and select “flash.xml” from Folder2 (ROM file folder)
    9. With tablet switched off, press the following button simultaneously to go into Dnx Mode. power button + vol up + vol down
    10. Attach USB cable to tablet and to computer
    11. Rooting will start automatically
    12. **It is ok if the rooting process fails half way for the next 3/4 tries. This is because the computer will take awhile to update drivers. Just repeat step 8 again.
    13. Upon completion, reboot Tablet and at Tablet’s Android main screen update SU when prompted.
