My advice for your case : do not close the dispute and provide as much evidence as you can to prove your claim. I hope that you discussed to have another tablet as a replacement in the order messages so that aliexpress can read them and see that the seller agreed to do this.
I had a bad aliexpress experience as well about 6 months ago : I purchased 3x USB sticks form a seller named “24Hours Oncall”, 1x 8 GB key and 2x 64 GB keys. Upon arrival, I tested all 3 keys by copying files to them so that they were completely full. Then I tried to open the copied files on the keys to see if everything worked as intended. The 8 GB key files worked perfectly, but a large part of the files on the 2x 64 GB keys were corrupted and video files refused to play etc. …
So I contacted the seller and told him that he scammed me by selling me fake USB keys (with bad flash memory chips). Of course, the seller categorically denied this and refused to provide even a partial refund or allow me to return them faulty USB keys.
So I opened a dispute on aliexpress. I was instructed to download a certain flash memory testing tool to test the USB keys, which I did. At this time, the seller already changed his mind and offered me a partial refund, but not enough to cover the costs of the 2x faulty keys. He also wanted the 2x faulty keys back and have me pay for return shipping. This was of course unacceptable for me as I would lose even more money, so I didn’t accept his “piece offer” in an attempt to woe me into closing the dispute. The flash memory testing tool provided evidence that both 64 GB USB keys had faulty flash memory (75-90% of the total capacity was faulty/fake flash memory on both keys), so I posted the results (screenshots) in the dispute thread. The seller tried all tricks in the book to make me look unreliable, (claiming that I tested other USB keys, not his, manipulated the results, etc. etc. etc. …). The seller provided test results for 1x single 64 GB key to “prove” that he had reliable products. I contested that the seller should test his entire stock because having 1 single functional USB key is not proof that his entire stock is properly working as advertised, and he could have tested a whole bunch until he came across one that worked perfectly. Anyway, to cut a very long story short : aliexpress concluded that the seller was right and I was wrong, even though I posted the evidence of 2x faulty USB keys in the dispute !!!So that’s how aliexpress can treat customers. In certain cases they will side with the sellers, even if the seller hasn’t definitively proven his case and you provided more evidence than him to prove your claim…
Oh BTW : it’s PURCHASE, not POUCHES…
December 16, 2015 at 5:03 pm #18840Even if they fully intend to send it to you when they’re physically able, you just don’t make gentleman’s deals with random Chinese sellers. Never give up buyer protection with nothing to show for it. He has your money and you have nothing. Get the refund.
December 17, 2015 at 3:32 pm #18972thanks friends 🙂 I won’t close it. What v well happens after the dispute end? Sorry for my bad English, most of the time because I am with Swype :p on my phone.
I will get back you with the result if you are curious
