Alldocube Mix Plus charge port type C, but Not charge on DC

Hello, today I received my tablet mix plus, I put it to charge on DC adaptador, ( before charge it, I apply thermal mod). For my surprise it goes on 40% and stopped charge on this port, I try my adapter from Nintendo Switch, and it works fine, charge without problem (type C). I don’t know what happens here, my tab is very new. When I plug it I fell the energy pass on tab for my hand, but not happens. I try to open it and unplug and plug the battery, but don’t solved. I don’t know if the problem is the port DC, adapter ( I think is impossible because it received energy without problems) or the battery. I need help please, thanks.
