this tablet is the worst tablet in the world!!! in android sucks!!! no shutdown randomly  but, freezes and hang up all the time.

is problem that this entire piece of crap tablet

i received my tablet 2 weeks ago, and i guess i would be a gift to a family or friend, because is useless for childrens only

in windows also sucks, run slow and shut down randomly

teclast are scammers

teclast ripedd me more than usd 200

no solutions for horrible run in android exist yet

is a high level hardware, with powerfull processors and ram, but is a made in china tablet = piece of crap

I dont completely agree with Willy but he has a point.

My PRO is fine in Android, only expect a BAD battery life. 2 hours tops with mine.

I am spamming Teclast on their facebook page as we speak. I find it unbelievable that they are bringing out new tablets as we speak (x98 air III and x98 plus) while their PRO flagship is still pretty useless for many people. They need to address their issues. And not pretend the 1.13 BIOS update is “the solution”.

I am talking about the Windows 10 blackouts followed by the system not able to boot. Switch off IGD turbo option in BIOS solves it but Teclast really need to address this

Hello, first of all my X98Pro works fine. In the beginning I want Android tablet first but I also like new Windows 10. Now I almost use Win10 only because it works just perfect. No problems and I like it more and more.

When I boot Android, I have some freezing but when I restart again Android, no problem and it runs OK.

Finally I have to say I am very satisfied with this tablet and I can recommend. But Win10 is just running better.

I also agree with Willy just partially. This tablet has excellent display, and is quite quick too. But, on my side, only in Windows 10. Android is really bad – which I regret a lot, because I need it, too. I own Chuwi Hi8 as well, which is smaller – 8 inch only – and it runs older Android 4.4.4, but it runs OK (it is also dualboot and runs Windows 10 also smoothly).

I am also spamming Teclast on Facebook in private messages daily, but so far no answer from them, which is shame. SHAME. I also could not understand how could they bring newer and newer products to the market and do not care about their best one anymore… To be honest, I would be afraid of buying anything more from them in the future and I also warn my friends.

After testing the tablet for two weeks, I did not see any real benefit from having Android. I bought this tablet because it can run Windows 10 full version, not RT or mobile version.  It has power issues, the power management could be better. It needs a powerful charger and the battery discharges even in standby.  But I finally decided to erase everything and perform a clean Windows 10 installation using the Microsoft ISO and after adding all drives, it’s like a mini PC that can also be used as tablet for a while (the battery does not last much).  But I can install any program I want in that Windows.

I quite like android on mine. It has a few limitations for me namely it doesn’t support native controllers (ps3, 360) and some apps don’t show up on the playstore. Both can probably be fixed with a rom update. But for me the games you can install run surprisingly well and there are so many better tablet apps for android than windows so it makes a better touch only device.

all users are right, in windows 10 with igd off, tablet run stable and  fast.

but anyway i consider teclast are poor company at least.

they lie about battery life

send to market this tablet with this horrible working in android, is unacceptable

no response to customers, is unacceptable

teclast = nevermore in my life

now i have obligated to use in windows, because this tablet is not useable in android, is irritating try to use in android with all hang ups, and restarts all the time is not a solution
