doing this  http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/headphone-audio-quality/ makes the quality a lot better but its still slightly unbalanced. Its not as bad though

Thanks Chris, it’s a shame there is no true fix for this (software fix), however the X98 Pro is still a great tablet! 🙂

Yea it has so many problems but it’s just such an interesting device. windows/android, good screen, good size. I’d personally really like something like a surface pro 3 clone but that also runs android and doesn’t have to be as powerful. For now I’m having fun with this.

I also like my X98 Pro too, dispite it’s many flaws. I find it to be a bit of a mix between the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 and the cheaper Linx 10 inch or HP Stream 8 tablets that are sold on Amazon. In fact, a fair balance between the two. The highly accurate retina display I love too! 🙂

Apart from the headphone jack, what is the sound quality/balance like with bluetooth headsets on Android 5.1?

I’m not sure about bluetooth headsets as I haven’t used one. I used to have a bluetooth adapter which worked with any headset but the battery died. I would assume it would be fine although there can be lag with bluetooth which might make watching videos/playing games annoying.

The sound quality is excellent with August Bluetooth On-Ear. I take it while training to watch movies. 🙂
