me too, this is my first android and i was trying to root the hi8 and installed kingoroot with superuser it was saying rooted but some of the rooted apps didnt respond well so i tried to root again this time with superSU i saw a lot of failed in the command but still the process went through and now i have both superuser and superSU and root root checker say its UNROOTED its worst than before and both apps dont want uninstall i did a factory reset next everything is new but both app superuser and supersu are there, any help? my next step is to instal a fresh original android rom and return to the state it was when i bought the hi8. But it doesnt say zip as i experienced the recovery mode how to install? i see there are .img files inside…
