How can you know that first version will be upgraded to dual boot?

How do you know that reseller will upgrade existing hi12?

I read on chuwi official forum that dual boot version will have a different motherboard and touch…

based on all i read on different forum 4pda, chinese chuwi and english chuwi, but not much info on chuwi forum, specially on officiall english forum

i wonna be optimistic about dual boot but this HW revision scares me off

Now i understand why some were already selling HI12 dual boot. I wish that the day Chuwi will launch the OFFICIAL dual boot, with the new, i hope, system… It will be clearly identify by vendor, if it is the OLD, full of problem,modified tablet or the new Official bersion,we will be buying…

yeah another guy refering about what emilly say.. but i doubt is accurate

here what i think maybe im wrong, there was allready 2 HW version, one with styllus support and one without, since launch and the gold version was the one with stylus support

now i received my gold chuwi this morning

model : CWI520 serial : HI12 Q64G45160xxx
now if you look the dualboot model youtube video, you will see same Model and serial !! CWI520 and Q64G45160XXX so at least for me i think i will be able to convert it like my old Vi8 Win10 only that i was able to convert it fews months later after get it
of course this is speculation, but i hope i’m not wrong … time will say

now since Hi12 have enabled Virtualization in bios, i did install duos (android emulator) and im able to install some android game, and the speed is pretty decent .. not bad …

i just discover that chuwi when new model or hardware they use the serial, not the model

the last digit is important on serial, model dosent mean nothing

exemple mine is Q64G45160100448, i uderstand that 10 is the first model and 448 mean 448th  from factory
another DOA dead Hi12 was Q64G45160102290 i uderstand that 10 is the first model and 2290 mean 2290th  from factory

Q64G45160302214  so 30 should mean new model (i guess) and 2214th from factory
