December 1, 2015 at 2:13 pm #17198Hi Valerima
So….then…if we are freeze at Intel Logo with Android boot…
There is no way to factory reset from Android Recovery, and then, just get our android as it was at the beginning, without affecting our Win10?
Do we really have to do all that stuff?
It should be possible to just reinstall-recover-whatever just Android without affecting windows…or even Flashing a new android rom without touching windows…
More ideas are welcomed, and Valerima, THANKS a lot for that link!!
Daniel
December 1, 2015 at 2:29 pm #17199Several times I had flashing Android in Teclast x 98 (not pro) with same tools.
I was not in same exactly situation as here, but looks no one can provide other walkthrough or similar sample.
There is a lot of reading on that forum – remember it is a different tablet, but you can find something here.

December 1, 2015 at 2:58 pm #17203Some recipe you can try (from same forum)-
….After 5 or 6 reboots to green man! I selected windows. It started fine, then I forced total power down by holding power button for 10 seconds. Then powered on again, selected android and the reset completed. The os was in chinese, easy to fix so now working again. But, still no sdcard acess for apps sven though it is mounted and shows in storage….

December 1, 2015 at 7:11 pm #17239Hi, I just registered to comment on this thread, I have the exact same problem and like Daniel mine stopped working without a reason, I didnt clear cache or anything; havent found a solution yet and it’s really annoying since I really want to use Android :l
December 1, 2015 at 11:37 pm #17259Hi Oscar!
I´m not the expert or nothing similar at all!
We all are here because of the same reason
Our tablet got freeze at Intel Logo or similar without reason (some after cleaning the cache, some just suddenly)
Only at Android side
Windows works correctly
And we all are trying to recover the Android sideSome ideas…that areworking randomly…so…YOU SHOULD try your own…and…tell us!
Some people get Android recovered again just cleaning the cache againSome people get Android again after wipping data
Some after Factory Reseting
And some…after…NOTHING
so…we should share our experiences and try
Take a look at the last 3-4 posts, try to get to recovery menu at android with some weird buttons combinations or with ADB, and…let see.
Some of us were thinking about flashin the ROM with a new one, but we don´t know how to….so…step by step, and be patient…WE WILL GET IT
Try with Recovery Menu as we have been doing lately
Good luck!

December 2, 2015 at 12:37 am #17265Hi you all
First of all, THANKS to Valerina for that link
I´ve been reading all night long, and, honestly, this is crazy! Very random solutions, each single tablet seems to react in a different way, some get fixed by themselves without doing nothing, and others, following exactly the same steps, don´t react correctly
I want to share with you my experience
Yesterday, after finishing work, I did my FACTORY RESET and nothing
I did it again, then booting into windows, then forcing power off, then booting into Android and…nothing
So, we are again in a no happy ending situation.
I´ve sent an email to a much more experienced person than me, and he tolde me that if after FACTORY RESET we get nothing, the only real good solution is to Flash a New Rom into Android.. And even he advice me which rom to flash. His best advice is to flash MIREK190
- The thing is, I have no idea about how to flash a rom
- The next thing is I want someone to tell me that doing it, IT WONT CHANGE ANYTHING to my windows side. DOES ANYBODY KNOW THAT?
Keep on working….
Daniel
P.S.: About the XDA forum, it is amazing, very active maybe too much. Much more technical, and tons of ideas…but…different tablet, different processor….and no stable solutions too. Of course a good place to read and get info, maybe too much info and maybe too much to read (today I´m at work as a zombie….hahaha) Let help between us looking for ideas. THANKS Valerina!
December 2, 2015 at 6:59 am #17284Hi, Daniel,
I would advice to write Mirek and ask if his image would be helpful.
in Teclast x98 there are several modifications and he posted different images for that. Our Teclast x98 pro ir quite different device so I have doubts about – and I am afraid Mirek also did not check our device…
I am thinking that per bios we have dual boot, 1st bios versions were with bugs, therefore maybe flashing of bios could help…

December 2, 2015 at 10:38 am #17304Thanks for the advice Valerima
Of course…I would write him! but…I don´t know where or how
I was not thinking about flashing my rom, because first, I don´t know how to, and second…this is as you said….riskyYou know? I´m even starting to think about erasing the Android boot and system!
It is really difficult to find a stable solutionExpand the memory to windows, and then, from windows, work with and emulator, like AMIDuOS, or BLUESTACKS…
I´m interested in Android, but not as the main OS.
What do you think? could it be possible?
I would like to have both boots, but…seems impossible. Tell us your opinon if you want about that option
THANKS ONE MORE TIME
Daniel
December 2, 2015 at 11:34 am #17308Guess your tablet is K9c6…
Suppose to have Windows only is simply possible. Read some sticked posts here…You will have to erase all partitions Android has created with some Prtition tool.
valerima
December 2, 2015 at 2:24 pm #17322Hi Valerima
That is the reason I´m considering that option. I have read some posts and….with a partition tool, and erasing some partition…
But the thing is…I would like to have some Android. That´s the reason I bought this tablet. but each day I can see more and more problemas and no solution…maybe I´m getting too unpatient
The thing is…are you trying to get Android back? are you getting some good news/feelings/whatever about a possible solution?
And..what do you thing about using Android in Windows with one of the emulator I told you? would you consider that option as interesting? Or it would be better to wait and look for a solution….if it exists?
Thanks…
Daniel
December 2, 2015 at 2:27 pm #17324…and yes…mine is K9C6, vios v. 1.05…
December 2, 2015 at 2:35 pm #17325mine version is k9c3 with Windows only.
I could install some bios for android, but camera would be lost. Camera would be good to retain.
Battery life is about 3.5 hours now.
I have booked new battery for replacement on Aliexpress, burt feedback is very different.
Will see how long it will work after replacement…
If you would like to have Windows on 1st place – Check Chris message here…He kept android partitions ,but no Android load afterwards
valerima
December 2, 2015 at 2:49 pm #17330Thanks Valerina
That post fron Chris is the one I was following and the reason of my way of thinking
I cannot see ANYBODY (it is difficult to believe) who is ok with Android and working correctly…don´t you think it´s unveliebable?
So….my main doubt is to know if someone has idea about how it would be to experience Android as second OS but with one of this 2 emulators (Amiduos or Bluestacks)
I don´t know how do you see about the evolution of getting a good android running on this tablet
And of course, if you have a good or bad opinion about android under windows with one of this emulator in a tablet…
If someone tell me is affordable…I think I´ll do that…
Thanks for your quick response!
My battery is working ok…5-6 hours on windows with wifi..
Keep on searching
Thanks!
December 2, 2015 at 3:42 pm #17336If with Windows is working well- why you looking for some doubtful possibility- think what do you need- I need working tablet it is a minor that I cannot use Android right now – maybe it will come.
Experiments when it is not guaranteed lead to brick, I do guess.
