Per,
Your issue is not uncommon. It almost always happens to tablets whose model ends in J6–like C8J6 or C9J6
and we have a boot image that usually fixes the issue.
Unfortunately, the boot image only works on Android 4.4.
If you are currently running Android 4.4, like any Teclast stock image or one or Mirek’s 4.4 images, follow the tutorial I posted later in this message and it will probably fix the issue for you.
If you are running an Android 5 image, my advice is to flash a 4.4 image, then follow the tutorial
Tutorial with kernel installer dedicated to your issue here:

BTW, it is possible we might find or make a boot image that fixes this issue under Android 5 at some point.
Please post the results (Good or Bad), if you use this tutorial.
I like to keep count of the % of cases where this boot image fixes the problem so I can give users like you approximate odds that it will fix their touchscreen. So far this boot image is fixing the issue about 85%-90% of the time
