Another "Best Tablet" question with a GPS Twist

I am looking to get a couple of tablets for my daughters scouting team. I would ideally love these to be Dual OS, have a HD resolution or better, have expandable storage and most importantly, have GPS built in or allow using a bluetooth GPS. Xiaomi pad 2 is out because storage is not expandable. I am also looking for something with a Cherry Trail or better CPU and hopefully close to 8 inches or max 9 inches in size. Any ideas ?

None now. Only the Cube i6 and X98 Air 3G (First models) had GPS I can remember. The are also Bay Trail Atom’s.
