    We have similar doubts – we wouldn’t want operators to just read scripts without understanding the essence of the business. We are currently researching options and the business answering service looks very promising. They have different service packages, so you can start with a minimum set of functions and then scale up. We are currently testing different options, but this service looks like one of the best in terms of price and quality. If anyone has already used it, please write how it went for you!
