    doesn’t really matter if you get it from banggood or anywhere else, they all come from the same factory… it’s just a lottery

    So far it’s fine, apart from it doesn’t seem to charge when in use with the stock supplied charger. It can’t keep up with the drain and charge. Even when the brightness right down.

    Still don’t know about the keyboard dock, I’ve had to have it diverted to Spain as VC Mall hasn’t shipped it in time to make it before I fly back.

    Alright, thank you both of you 🙂

    @Chris
    , what are your thoughts on the Vi10 Ultimate, any issues ?
    I need a tablet to browse internet, take notes in class, something sturdy too. I don’t really need dual boot, W10 is good for me.

    Thanks

    I have received a Hi10 from Banggood.

    It has 64-bit Windows 10 and the blue USB 3.0 port, however the screen is cracked and the touch panel is non-functional (possibly due to the cracked screen).

    So far my experience with the customer service team has been less than stellar. The live chat was utterly useless. I’ve emailed them photos of the defect and the only response I have had has been in terribly broken English seemingly requesting for me ship it back to them at my own expense (given the package size and Royal Mail prices, this will cost me very dearly when compared to the price of the tablet). I have not been provided any form of return address and getting further response from them seems fruitless.

    To be honest I’m at a bit of a loss about what to do. I paid using PayPal and with my registered credit card so opening a dispute/requesting a chargeback is an option.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
