    Any way to boot from an USB key ?

    (i.e. to restore Windows 10 from a Windows 10 restore USB key)

    Yes!

    Connect a USB keyboard through the USB OTG, then when booting, repeatedly press the F7 button until the boot menu comes up, and chose your USB-drive there.
