I have the exact model…first batch…installed 32 to 64 bios…files from this forum and fucked the display ..now is constantly flashing / flickering.

My advice….just enjoy the few months of functionality of these tablets with 32bit Windows and 3 gb RAM!!!

PS: attached a picture with the BIOS version which caused the flickering!

I must say: ONLY a fool would buy from CHUWI again after this JOKE of market scheme! (releasing unfinished products with shitty windows 32bits on a 4GB RAM!)

When did you buy it? I bought one about 10 days ago (after returning my first one to the awfully bad seller VC Lemon from Aliexpress), during the Gearbest 2nd anniversary, after seeing the customer reviews and comments showing new batch tablets with blue USB3.0…

Any idea where we can find older firmwares to revert back?

I bought this last month during intel sales in gearbest.

1 out of 3 units i bought is old version with both black usb.

I’ve flashed to 64bit and use v300 bios and i hope things will go through smoothly.

been using for 1 day + so far so good

Well, I reread yesterday Gearbest’s answers to the users in the product description and they clearly state they come with Windows 64 bits, so I would open a Paypal dispute (that’s what I will do if I get a 32 bits one, anyway).

Chuwi replied to my request of old 32 bit BIOS in the hope of fixing the flashing / flickering problem. I will share with you the link:

Hi , I am sorry to hear that , you can download this : https://www.dropbox.com/s/gr7hr1kb4pbzlah/HI10%20BIOS%20%20serial%20number%201028.rar?dl=0

I will look into it now… and flash it…hopefully the tablet will be functional again.
