Anyone have a solution to the 3G Modom not working?

Is there anything I can do to fix my modom on the Teclast x98 plus 3g?

Tmobile has quit on me and Gearbest is giving me bad options to return it to them at my own expense.

Is there a software fix or it is the modom or cardreader?

Probably should have gotten an LG tablet at Amazon or Costco….

Silly me, trying something new!

Has not been a pleasurable experience.

 

Any input from the tech gurus on the forum?

Any help would be appreciated.

Have the same problem with Android, although I can connect to 3G in Windows. How did you go in the end?
