Anyone having problems with 3G in Android?

Hello All.

I can connect to 3G in Windows but not Android. I’ve read through many posts here, but this problem does not seem common. I have an A6C9 model. Not long after I got the tablet, I updated the firmware through Device Manager>System Firmware or Device Firmware (I can’t remember which), but I think it updated the BIOS. I don’t know if I could get 3G in Android before that, but I think it might be worthwhile downgrading the BIOS to the previous version in order to check if 3G works in Android. After the BIOS update, I could not get 3G to work in Windows, and had to roll back a driver in System firmware or Device firmware before I could connect 3G again.

Does anyone know a link to the previous BIOS version? Anyone else unable to connect to 3G in Android?

Where are using 3G?

3G in these tablets only works in Asia/China and possibly some Europe.

3G Also works in Australia.

3G data does not work for me in Germany, not Android, nor Windows.

Until now I did not change the firmware

It’s not (only) firmware, it’s antenna you would need to change.
