Got a secondhand Unit (CW1501) with the above mentioned Q32G22141207*** Serial Number & cannot find a proper Image for it . Would like to get it back to a new Out-Of-Box unit. The Unit seems to have been sold by Pengbo.hk originally.
Having issues updating to Windows 10 from within Windows 8.1 (It always fails at about 86%) & there seems to be a driver issue with the cameras in Windows 8.1 as well. [Have contacted Chuwi concerning the Windows 10 update issues, but not expecting very much from them]
Did do a clean install of Windows 10 onto the Vi8, but the touch screen was so unusable that it was restored back to Windows 8.1 with a System Image Recovery that was created prior to the Clean Install.
The camera driver issue seems to have started after the System Image Recovery.
Prior to all of these attempts, the Vi8 was reset via Advanced Startup.
Any comments/advise are welcome.
