AppData is damaged, Metro not working, cant do anything

Hi,

i have te tablet & it was fine, till i tried to move the AppData folder from C to D. not worked, then i brought back the folder to C again, BUT now windows works but Metro not works, Start menu not works. And even if i am in control panel i am not able to create another account, winddows restore etc.

And if I try to go to repair mode, after restarting, touch is not possible to do anything.

I saw to much article in internet, but nothing works, please HELP me
