    I just got a Hi8 and a 64gb SD card. I inserted the card while booted in Android, and it “prepared” the card for use.

    I can access the card fine using a file manager, and in Windows mode it works fine. The issue is that Android apps that can store data on the SD card always say that the table does not have an external SD card.

    I’m not trying to move apps to the card, just have them store data there (books, music, etc…)

    Never had this issue with any other Android device.

    I searched through the forum, but didn’t see anything related.

    Anyone have any help they could offer?

    Have you tried reformatting the card and reinserting it? Also make sure the card is selected as the default location for saving.

    Use Foldermount. That’s what I use and it works with every app.
