Im trying to create new thread, because i cannot see the one i have already created…
Hi,
Last night i noticed audio distortion when i plugged in my headphones in 3.5mm jack. Audio distortion happens with all my headphones/earpuds. Speakers are fine in Hi13 and Bluetooth audio devices work.
I have uninstalled audio drivers and re-installed them via windows and i have also updated them to latest.
I have also from beginning noticed when headphones are plugged in realteak manager kicks in and tells that headphones are plugged in, but it quite easily gives me also notice that headphones are plugged out and back in again.

July 17, 2017 at 4:07 pm #69359I have submitted two support tickets to chuwi, so far no answer.
I have been in contact with chuwi through Facebook. They answered all very quick until now. I guess they noticed that it is hardware related and now I’m getting silent treatment.
Does anyone have experience with chuwi support and returning or fixing their devices?
July 17, 2017 at 9:39 pm #69373Hi mele, I am dealing with chuwi as we speak ! I bought my chuwi hi10 plus 2 week’s ago from Amazon & I have to I really like this tablet (but) for the last week, the Android OS is freezing up all the time (have to reboot) ! So I contacted Amazon for tech support & we did trouble shoot ,but no success ! So Amazon will except a full return, but I would rather get a replacement tablet from chuwi. I contacted chuwi & they said they would send me another tablet . they want me to pay for return shipping for my tablet,so I told their would be no way would I pay for return shipping! They emailed today & said they would mail me a return shipping label @ no cost to me ! So we shall see if chuwi comes thru !! If not,I am returning back to Amazon for a full refund ! & would never purchase or recommend their products to anyone !!!

How did You contact chuwi? And how long did it take?
Through Facebook I did not work. As long as they though it was software related they were helpful. Now they are just telling that they don’t know which part is broken.
July 18, 2017 at 3:19 pm #69397I was able to contact chuwi via Amazon direct. They responded the same day I contacted them & I got a email from chuwi today, stating that my replacement tablet is on the way !
July 31, 2017 at 7:14 am #69929Finally someone answered from Chuwi service. They are willing to repair my unit, but they want me to send unit to Germany and pay freight.
I think i will tell them that i refuse to pay freights (with regular mail it will abt 20-30€).

Well they refuse to listen about my refuse, they simply just ignored my refusal. So i had two option, to send it with my own cost or not send and co-exist with broken headphones jack.
August 21, 2017 at 6:23 am #70831Okay here update to my situation.
I was forced to sent my unit to Germany with my own cost or otherwise i could not get if fixed.
According to DHL (not the courier) it was successfully received on 11th / am.
About one week ago i asked from CHUWI (no reply) and from service center if they could send my a tracking once unit is repaired and sent back to me. I got answer on Sunday that they have not received it yet.
So now i have sent my tracking code to service center and hopefully they will answer me shortly.
