It’s basically when u start up chuwi hi10 and it goes to the splashscreen then below the word preparing automatic repair. then it goes to the blue options. but i tried a lot of options but after restarting it goes into preparing automatic repair again.

let me go home and take a photo.

    have alr tried :

    reset pc

    repair pc

    all bootrec.exe commands

restore to a previous point , i have made a backup previous point but i can’t find it not sure why.

recover from disk. tried it and it bring me back to automatic repair again.

    chkdsk done also.

just made a windows 10 bootable thumbdrive but i want to find the driver for chuwi hi10 first.

    And if i reinstall windows 10 then i don’t have cd-key?

further more i see the method to restore windows 10 to chuwi hi10 seem complicated on the chuwi forum. So i’m not sure whether to carry on with the normal reinstall windows method.
