You probably haven’t done a system cleanup using windows 10 “disk cleanup”, am I right?(update: sorry I didn’t seem to notice you mentioned this in your post, but I wonder why it didn’t work?) You can simply use the windows search and start typing “disk…” and the windows tool should show up automatically in search results! 😉
Another tool I can recommend for freeing up space and generally clean-up your PC/tablet from “internet leftovers”, is the free version of CCleaner = https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
