    Original post below this:

This addition is after a week of frustration:
For the AXCELL Mobitab V1; it is EACTLY THE SAME AS THE CHUWI Hi8
If you run into this post with upside down screen after upgrade and cannot resolve it by all the “install this driver” posts and you install every one and it does not work BUT THERE ARE NO ERRORS OR MISSING DEVICE DRIVERS IN DEVICE MANAGER – DO THE FOLLOWING numbered steps and skip the next paragraphs.  If you are missing drivers or devices, then read the next paragraphs.
Use the DOUBLE DRIVER BACKUP Chuwi Hi8 drivers found on this or their website for the Hi8 if Windows 10 works but you are missing drivers in Device Manager and your touchscreen does not work or is wonky reversed.  Apparently there is a program that automates this but I could not find it. If you find it, DO THAT.  I left clicked on every driver EXCEPT THE i2c driver; you’ll do this one last because when you reboot, it won’t boot so see later in the post.  Install every driver except that one, then install the i2c driver.  Don’t reboot.   More stuff will now show up in device manager, and one will be a generic display showing up.  Install it from the device manager using the DOUBLE DRIVER BACKUP in the Intel VGA folder again.  It will then freeze up.  Hard reset.  Leave mouse and keyboard in.
At HARD RESET, try to boot your machine and then keep hard resetting it after 30 seconds ago.  This will trigger recovery.  Once there, Go down to step 3 below.  This did not work for me once so have a windows 10 installation disk handy, you might need to get into bios, tap esc really fast, choose option to boot from file, two items show up, so choose one that has USB in the string.  Get into recovery from there and follow the steps.
    1. Make sure your tablet is charged with keyboard and mouse attached
    2. Go to advanced startup options
    3. Once there, RESET AND REMOVE ALL FILES AND SETTINGS
    4. Leave mouse and keyboard in… when it reboots, it will ask you if you want to just reset, or wipe.  Just reset.  Get ready to PULL OUT ALL USB DEVICES ON REBOOT.  IF YOU HAD TO BOOT FROM USB, don’t do this so just try the next steps.  It is not what I had to do THIS TIME.
    5. When the screen goes blank, PULL OUT ALL USB DEVICES.  Again, if you used the USB to but, I guess you should leave it in.
    6. MOST IMPORTANT STEP! Turn your tablet upside down immediately so that the WINDOWS LOGO ON SCREEN FRAME IS AT THE TOP!  You may decide to put the charger in it, so if you do, nestle it in some blankets in a chair SO THAT IT STAYS UPSIDE DOWN WITH WINDOWS BUTTON (ON FRAME) STAYS AT THE TOP.  At some point about 28%, the screen flipped to the correct direction.  Leave it
    7. Once you get back to the blue screen that asks you what to do next, JUST USE THE BUTTON AND DO A HARD SHUTDOWN.
    8. I don’t think the upside down thing here is necessary anymore but I am a scientist so I just followed one variable.  Reboot the computer and leave it upside down again.  Once you get to the NEW WINDOWS screen, IT SHOULD BE PERFECT.

The specs are exact so I am posting here.  My upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10 botched so I had to do clean install.  I used all the <span style=”color: #f84103;”>Chuwi Hi8 Drivers Backup Doubledriver</span> (88.6 MiB) oem*.inf files and all the hardware works correctly.  After much frustration, I got everything perfect EXCEPT the screen is totally backwards with touch.  When I tap the upper left corner, a touch is registered in the lower right.  I have no errors in device manager, and I even installed the <span style=”color: #f84103;”>Win 10 SileadTouch-Package S806 MSSL0001</span> (1.5 MiB) abd rebooted.  I still have everything reversed.  I have been working on this for hours and still cannot get this fixed.  I have to use a usb keyboard and mouse:-(
