    When im charging ive got on both os very bad touch response.When i pull the charger off it immediatelly is better and when i put it on it goes bad again.Is this happening to all hi12?

    Some chargers have electrical noise (AC ripple on the DC), you could try a different usb charger as long as it’s rated at at least 2.5 Amps.
