I wish I knew for sure but my guess is no.
Have a look at the reviews. The one review that says it works with a Tab A (Samsung uses Wacom for its various S-pen enabled devices) and the review right above it that says it doesn’t work with the Note 4. The cheaper version for the 2-in-1’s is the one that doesn’t work. The more expensive one for Samsung Galaxy Note is the one would work with the CM+, I think.
Any stylus that works with Samsung Notes, Tab A or Note Pro should work. I use a Note 2 and 4 stylus on mine all the time. No frills (at all) since I have them for the phone I carry and haven’t lost them, yet, it is what I use. I ~really~ wish these tablets came with a built in holster for a stylus as they’re really easy to lose. :/
