Battery Charging time

I bought the cube i9 on the sale 31st april. Evrything is working well with the tablet, but the only problem I have detected that it takes too long to charge the tablet, and once it is at 98% it never reaches 100%, so the charging led is always in red and never green color.

do you have same problem?

Do you charge with the regular charger?
Could you install batterybar and click on it and tell use how much charge the battery has when it is at 98%?
Batterybar can only display one of the batterypacks and it doesnt show the other one. The true battery capacity is 2x what batterybar shows.
