Did you not see my full review before buying it? :0 I had this same issue and mentioned it in the review. In the end it GB gave me a part refund for the issue. I think it was like $35.

I checked some reviews, but no one mentioned this problem I think. Are you referring to the version with N4200?

The reviews I have seen talk about a good battery that can easily reach 6 hours, but mine lasts only 3 hours because of this problem.

Anyway, is there any way to solve it by updating drivers or something like that? Does it seem to be a software problem or something more complicated?

35$ is so worthless if I need to keep an item with half battery life than expected.

I wasalso thinking, did you or anyone try to run an Ubuntu pen to check out whether the problem appears with some other OS?

My main issue is to understand if it is a software driver problem, or a hardware problem. In the second case I would return the item.

    Thanks for any advice

@franp It was mentioned in my review as I had the same issue. Might not have been the N4200 model, maybe the Core M3 model and N3450 It was, but I recommend returning it. Is the keyboard also quite bad on yours? I’ve found it bad on all of the Vbook V3 models

    Thanks for you answer.

Well the keyboard is not high quality for sure, it doesn’t feel comfortable to use. Anyway that is not an issue actually.

So I understand that you couldn’t find a way to fix battery issue either. Such a pity. Do you have any idea on what I could I try before giving up and returning it?
