Battery Glitch

I’m having a problem where my tablet isn’t giving me the correct percentage for my battery.It will say 23% then jump to 100%, when it’s down to 80% ,  it will turn off, and when its back on the “battery is low ” pop up will come up. It’s my fault, I know they have it where once it reaches 10% it will shut off, but I was trying to finish up something and I kept turning back on until it finally died. My windows is also saying its not genuine, so you guys think I should just reformat? Will reformat effect touch and wacom abilities?  I bought it from gearbest

maybe battery calibration will improve if you load it full and empty it in a row…

Stylus and touchscreen will work once all backed up driver are installed again.

hey, i had the same issue. i have ordered two mix plus tablets from gearbest, one in march, one in april, about 2-3 weeks apart. The first one came all working, windows genuine. The second one came, but windows said its not genuine. I contacted gearbest and we could agree on some sort of compensation.

it might be that the newer mix plus tablets dont have a legal win10 copy from gearbest?
