    Hi

I updated my Dual Boot H112 to the latest Win10 version 20H2, (took over 8 hours!) and all went fine, but the systray battery icon is not there.

In Device manager the “Intel Battery Management Device” has a yellow warning triangle, and device properties>device status shows “The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Code 48”

Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

    Thanks

I also get this error message “The driver for this device has been blocked from starting because it is known to have problems with Windows. Code 48”

    I managed to solve this.

I tried two things – roll back the driver in Device Manager, and downloaded the Intel battery management drivers from the Intel website.

I can’t be sure which cured the problem, it’s a while ago now.

I attach the Intel driver cab file.
