Battery issue on Chuwi VI10

Hello, recently something happened on my Chuwi tablet and now I can only use it if it’s plugged into a power source or else way it’ll shutdown automatically after 30 secs-1min (either on Android or Windows). The tablet charges as it should, though.
Should I replace the battery? Is there any tutorial out there? Is it worth to do it or I’d be better off buying a new tablet?
