Hi ! My Teclast X98 Air III has a battery problem. It was working fine for 2 months. But now, the battery indicator drop to 8% very fast, and stuck at 8% for many hours. See attachments pictures. Is it an hardware or software problem ? How can I solve it ?
I tried to recalibrate the battery (let the tablet completely discharge and charge fully a few times). Still the same problem.

June 7, 2016 at 5:27 pm #40197I have the same problem. The battery life was great for the first couple of months, then it suddenly got much worse (that was about 6 months ago). It will go quite slowly (approx. 2hrs) from 100% to about 65%, then drop very quickly to about 15%, and take a couple more hours of use to deplete to zero. I’ve tried recalibrating a couple of times but didn’t make any noticeable difference.
The attached screengrab from HW Monitor is confusing – designed capacity is less than half the full charge capacity. Has anyone else seen that? Could it be because there are 2 batteries and the software can’t handle it?

90 minutes but in fact it is much longer because you can use it a long time with only 4% left
