    Hi,

    I suppose your power supply isn’ t powerful enough. Please try charger with more then 2,5 Ampere.

    My teclast X98 pro has the same issue

    Even with a fully specified charger and suitable lead you can’t use your tablet at full power and charge at the same time.

    Turn down the brightness as far as possible.

    Turn off WiF and/or Bluetooth unless you need them.

    If you have USB devices attached remove them or use a powered hub.
