Sorry I do not have a solution for you. I am thinking of buying this tablet. Did you solve your problem?
April 6, 2016 at 4:53 am #32237nope – the tablet is now on the way back to Shenzhen … let’s see if they can fix it… in general the device is nice but the Windows pre-installation is horrible (so I recommend to reinstall the OS)

Ohh. But I’ve heard people have driver issues after reinstall. Another thread here about that. Did you reinstall windows 64 bit?
April 6, 2016 at 4:33 pm #32284only for the touchscreen I had troubles after W7 x64 installation – all other components were working 100% correctly
April 6, 2016 at 4:42 pm #32285Thanks a lot! I’ll buy this or Teclast x98 plus 3g.
June 23, 2016 at 8:25 pm #41841Stay away from teclast.
Just selling my 6 weeks old teclast and going to pipo instead.June 24, 2016 at 5:23 am #41878Pipo is not better – as mentioned my device was broken very early – and is still (3 months!) is repair. Be aware of ordering at pipo-store.com … they told me to send it back for repair and promised to cover the shipping. The result is: no device, no money – and in every email I have send to them “…don’t worry…” but no real action since weeks.
September 28, 2016 at 10:16 am #51386Just purchased a W1s & it always shows “16 minutes remaining” in the Windows battery monitor.
It did seem to have issues charging properly but now that seems ok & the battery percentage remaining seems ok… just that it always shows “16 minutes remaining”.
This was the response from Pipo:
Can you use the tablet well? If you mind the always show 16 minutes remaining, You can send the tablet to our factory for repair if you want, But according to popi policy If there is problem with the main board, LCD and touch screen, You need pay the broken one, labor cost and round-trip freight.
Guess I’ll live with it…
September 29, 2016 at 5:13 am #51591I would not send it to Pipo – I doubt that they will repair it free of charge. I would never buy a tablet again from a chinese dealer – the support is horrible. Me and some of my friends had horrible experiences (2 tablets broken, 2 webcams broken, all webcams with open telnet ports and well known passwords), also with Tinydeal and Gearbest… prices are cheap, quality and support is below zero. Pay $100 more and you can buy it from well known vendors (like HP) with global support.
September 29, 2016 at 8:25 pm #52067yes, tend to agree with you. To be fair Gearbest have tried to sort things and at least I have a $30 credit.
December 17, 2016 at 5:41 am #58811Sorry if I post here, I did not know where?
someone uses 9.4 “P7 PIPO Tablet PC, IPS Android 4.4, RK3288, Cortex A17, 2GB + 16GB, 2.0 + 5.0MP Dual Camera, Wi-Fi / External 3G / GPS
I do not find news on the net Thanks -
