So, my tablet was working fine and all that but then, I went to go see if I had any updates. cause I haven’t seen any update notifications pop up.
come to find out. that it hasn’t been updating at all. there was an glitch saying, “update are paused while battery saver is on and will resume downloading when off”. but my tablet was at 100% and the battery saver was off.
I go and reset my entire tablet and after setup again I checked device manager. then I come up to a missing battery driver… I should have screen shot it but I have included screen shots after..
can anyone help me?
I took it to the Microsoft store and they said that it sounds like a hardware detection problem.
it is like I never had a battery… I’m still using the tablet but I have no clue what the battery life is at.
I asked vc lemon to help but they said they will help try to repair it..
