Seen this before on my first X98 Air 3G, normally a full discharge and recharge overnight will fix it. Run HWinfo32 and have a look at smart battery, see how many cycles the battery has had.
Battery wear figure on a new tablet shouldn’t be taken too seriously. Could be a calibration issue.
