    I found an other way to fix it temporarily – open the case and disconnect the battery, press / hold the powerbutton und reconnect the battery. after that mine showed 100%, but only for one discharge.
    Would be nice if that could be fixes somehow, because i can’t really work with the jumper if i don’t know when the battery is going to be dead…

    I wrote two emails to the chinese Jumper – customer- service, but the didn’t reply so far. Gearbest doesn’t help either, but i recon it would be good if as many of us as possible report the problem to them. The gearbest customer service wrote to me that they stopped selling them till the end of august at the moment because of some problems – they didn’t tell exactly what they mean….
    Cheers,
    tom

    oh, man, I just ordered myself this laptop just before they stopped selling them. So I guess I’ll have a faulty unit. I hope this is bios-fixable.

    I have had the same problem last days, the battery does full charge at 78%. I have followed steps to re-calibrate the battery, the funny thing is that the laptop shutdown after 3 hours after reaching level 0%. Then I started to recharge with the running laptop and it needed 10 hours to full recharge the battery! From 0% to 90% it took about 4 hours and from 90% to 100% it took 6 hours!!! Why this ?

    No idea! But I confirm same thing happening to me. 4 hrs to 90%, and forever (if ever) to 100% usually it stops at 98%
    Then it discharges to approx 50% then its an instant drop to 4% then normal discharge to 0% and two more hours of online productivity at 0% battery. God, this is frustrating. And windows never gives estimates of how much longer it will last.

    Here is my solution:

    1) First of all – Install BatteryBar to check if the capacity is 10799mWh. If isn’t that value you need to open the the pc and unplug and plug the battery.
    2) Now:
    – Go to Energy Options by right click on battery icon;
    – Next click in ‘Change advanced power settings’;
    – And finally in Intel section put lvl 5 (mine was 3 before) in Power limit and Accoustics limit (I didn’t test it without changing this), like in images.

    In case if you can’t check 10799mWh, probably now you can. If not, just restart or charge your battery until the light blue turn off.

    With this method is now charging 100%, everytime.

    Ps: tell me if this work for you guys.

    Recently I have another problem about the battery. Windows says that level battery is 0% but it isn’t true because the ezbook stays powered on with live distro usb. Windows doesn’t boot up, it shutdowns while booting if I try to boot Windows without AC charger. With charger it boots with no problem, but when I take off the charger Windows poweroff instantly. Any suggestions to resolve?
