I have that issue too, although mine won’t charge over 50-60%.
You have a faulty BMS (Battery Management System). It cuts off the charge to the battery for some reason. You have two options:
Return for refund/exchange
Solder a bypass wire from one cell of the lithium ion battery directly to the output pin of the BMS. That’s what I did, but I added a switch so that I could control when it charges and when it stops charging.

You could also try a complete discharge (i.e. down to 0% or as close as you can possibly get), then charging back up again. It’s unlikely to work however, and if it does may only be a temporary solution. The long term solution as Anthony has mentioned is to send the laptop back to the seller for a new battery, replacement laptop or a refund.

January 8, 2019 at 12:32 pm #149870My F6pro can not be fully charged as well.
I do not like Teclast.
If it can not be improved, I do not want to buy it again.
June 18, 2019 at 9:05 am #175115You all have the same confusion. Maybe this is the inadequacy of this computer. The key functions of each computer are different. I read a lot of information and said that this computer has less power storage. It may be possible to battery the computer by replacing the battery in time. I found a replaceable battery in aliexpress. I hope to help you.
September 17, 2021 at 7:48 am #222000The issue could be:
- Faulty battery with dead zones.
- Faulty BMS (which is generally linked to the charging board)
- A driver issue.
You can try installing the ACPI battery driver. F6 uses an NEC battery chip and so NEC battery driver should work.

You can try changing the battery with a new one. Its available in aliexpress/ebay
If that does not solve, replacing the charging PCB is the only solution, but I am afraid, that might not be available.
